Confirmation"those who become Christians become new persons. They are not the same anymore, for the old life is gone. A new life has begun!" 2 Corinthians 5:17
To confirm means to "make firm". Confirmation is a journey, a year long process of classes, Bible study, memorization, mission projects, and retreats designed for spiritual development. Students are nurtured in their Christian walk and encouraged to make firm their commitment to Jesus Christ.
Confirmation class meets each Sunday from 5-7pm from September through April during the sixth grade school year. Confirmation leaders are Jan Bailey, Jack & Christine Ford, & Tonyia Percy. A Permission Form from parents and a Covenant of Conduct from the student are required for all retreats and mission experiences. The forms are applicable for each school year, August through the following July. Click here to download the forms. ![]() |
