Blessing of the Backpacks

Welcome the New School Year with a Blessing!

Our Children’s Ministry invites all children in grades kindergarten through fifth grade to bring their backpacks with them to church for our annual Blessing of the Backpacks! During worship, our ministers and congregation will pray over these students as they enter into the new school year.

What a joy it will be to help bless the very backpacks that our children will be carrying with them for the entire year– please join us for this Dauphin Way tradition!
