RJR’s “Just Mercy” Book Discussion

Join Us for RJR’s Book Discussion

The Racial Justice and Reconciliation Committee is inviting the congregation to read Bryan Stevenson’s Just Mercy this spring. We will conclude the study with a showing of the film at 6 PM on Monday, April 20, at the church. On Sunday, April 26, we will host a discussion about the book, which will be facilitated by Frye Gaillard, a member of the Alabama Writers Hall of Fame, and Pulitzer Prize winner Cynthia Tucker.
