Bill Assistance – The Society of St. Stephen is a Dauphin Way ministry helping individuals or families with utility bills, food, and clothing vouchers. Appointments are required for any bill assistance and can be made by calling (251) 479-4827 on Tuesday mornings between 9–9:45 a.m. to schedule an appointment for the following Monday or Tuesday morning. You will be given specifics at the time of your Tuesday morning phone call. The Society of St. Stephens provides assistance with utility bills. Funds are not available for cable bills, telephone bills, travel bills, or rent.
Food Pantry – Our food pantry is open on Monday and Tuesday mornings from 8:45 am to 10:00 am and is limited to those who are receiving bill assistance. The entrance is on the Lee St. side of the building, across from the grassy parking lot.
Fifty Fans Program – Currently, the Society of St. Stephen is collecting box fans to donate to needy families during the hot summer months. If you are interested in donating a fan, please email info@dauphinwayumc.org for further directions.
Holiday Help – The Society of St. Stephen is collecting monetary donations for 2021. If you would like to give towards this ministry, please email Rev. Kathy Jorgensen for more details.
