Primary Responsibilities
Congregational leadership

• Meets regularly with the Executive Pastor and program leaders to discuss the vision and strategy for the church.
• Acts as a team player on the church staff, assisting outside of this position’s primary responsibilities when needed or as assigned.

Designing contemporary worship experience.

• Meets regularly with the Worship Planning Team to provide advance planning and creative expression in worship.
• Selects music for contemporary worship services.
• Serves as chief liturgist in the contemporary worship (weekly services and special services).
• Either directly, or through supervision of others, makes sure everything is in its place for every contemporary worship service.

Media and Technology

• Manages all sound and media related technology owned by the church.
• Keeps running inventory and performs regular maintenance as needed.
• Prepare announcement slides .
• Schedules/coordinates repairs as needed.
• Supports non-contemporary worship events using technology in Moore Hall.
• Routinely evaluates and makes recommendations as necessary for the maintenance of essential. systems and resources that support our worship, including but not limited to the audio systems in the sanctuary and chapel, musical instruments, vestments, and paraments.

Team leadership

• Serves as the leader of the Cherub Choir (4k-2nd).
• Recruits, equips, and oversees the contemporary band.
• Recruits, equips, schedules, and oversees volunteers and volunteers teams that support our worship including media team, prayer team, etc.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
