Raising Kids in a Digital Age
A Great Opportunity for Reflection & Connection
Have you ever found yourself wondering how to raise kids in today’s digital world? Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, teacher, or mentor, chances are you’ve wrestled with similar questions: How much screen time is too much? What habits should we start early? How can we help our children enjoy the good that technology offers without being shaped by its harms? If you’ve asked any of these questions, this workshop is for you.
Raising Kids in a Digital Age will featuring two incredible speakers: Stephanie Bradford, school counselor at Mary B. Austin Elementary, and Micah Wright, a certified counselor and Minister of Outreach at Foley UMC. Stephanie’s session will focus on parents and caregivers of elementary-aged children. Micah’s talk will be geared toward those raising middle and high schoolers.
Our prayer is that this workshop will be a gift to the Mobile community, helping all of us find grace-filled, faithful ways to guide the next generation in a world that’s constantly changing.
